Here’s why role-playing is such a critical skill for agents to master.
There are a few specific skills in real estate that will make you a strong, income-producing agent. One of them is role-playing.
You need to know what to say when talking to a prospect. We do this by practicing dialogues, scripts, and role-playing. We do these activities at the beginning of the day on our team because it’s a great warm-up for the mind. These morning practices are really where our agents hone their skills, get comfortable, and get prepared for upcoming conversations.
If you spend all your time thinking about what to say instead of already having it memorized, you’re not listening to the prospect and won’t know when to close. This is the main reason we role-play.
We want to internalize what we say, sound natural, and be able to listen. If you have any questions for me about role-playing or anything else related to the real estate business, don’t hesitate to reach out via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
