Though Rashid K. has since moved on to work as a broker for a development firm here in central Texas, he believes that his time on our team before his transition really helped him develop as a real estate agent and a businessperson. Agents will be doing a lot of cold calling, interacting with clients, and analyzing market data, so working in an environment with lots of internal interaction and cooperation is important. The more people you have gathering and analyzing data for clients, the more successful you’ll be as a real estate agent.
